What is Milano ModaLab?
Milano ModaLab is a two-week intensive summer course designed for those who dream of a future in fashion. It is open to both Italian and international students who want to step into the world of fashion or deepen their passion for design, styling, and communication.
The course takes place in Milan, the global capital of fashion, and offers a full immersion experience through lectures, hands-on workshops, and guided visits to showrooms, ateliers, and fashion foundations.
Participants will work on real projects and develop practical, industry-relevant skills—exploring all key areas of the fashion world: from trend research to garment design, from fashion communication to organizing professional photo shoots.
Throughout the course, students will interact with experienced faculty and industry professionals, learning how to build moodboards, select fabrics, communicate a brand, and create strong visual storytelling.
At the end of the program, each participant will develop a personal portfolio—an essential tool for future educational paths or career opportunities.
