Irene Pagliardi is a multiproduct fashion designer with over 20 years of experience in international brands, specialized in Kidswear. She has collaborated with names such as Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Frankie Morello, Dirk Bikkembergs, Alberta Ferretti and Dsquared2. She also works on Womenswear collections, with a strong focus on accessories, jewellery, and styling. With particular attention to the product, she selects and develops materials, finishes, and details to make each collection unique.
In recent years, she has consolidated her expertise in the Middle East and South Asia markets, also designing collections dedicated to the Arab and Indian markets. Versatile and cosmopolitan, Irene oversees the entire creative process – from concept to final presentation – with an approach that combines research, innovation, and brand identity.
For several years, she has also taught Fashion Design at some of the main Italian schools, guiding students in designing kids and teen collections: from market research to concept and moodboard creation, up to the development of the total look collection, complete with color palettes, fabrics, and technical details necessary to build the know-how of a fashion designer.
