Stefania D’Andrea has over twenty years of experience in the cosmetics sector, mainly gained within contract manufacturing companies and structured industrial organizations, with a strong focus on make-up, skincare, and product development. Throughout her career, she has held roles of increasing responsibility, managing marketing, innovation, operations, new brand development, and complex project management across the entire cosmetics value chain: from research and development to production, and all the way to go-to-market.
Her professional path lies at the intersection of industry, strategy, and creativity, with deep knowledge of beauty market dynamics, international trends, and the needs of contemporary brands. She has worked closely with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams, contributing to the creation of products and collections aimed at both the premium and masstige segments, with particular attention to sustainability, performance, and positioning.
Alongside her industrial activity, Stefania is Operating Partner of a Private Equity fund, where she supports company acquisition and growth processes, bringing a strategic and operational vision strongly focused on value creation in the medium to long term.
