Gisella Veronese holds a degree in Architecture and a PhD in Interior Design from Politecnico di Milano, as well as a BSc Hons in Industrial Design from Brunel University.
She is an Associate Professor of Interior Design at the School of Design, Politecnico di Milano. She teaches Contemporary Design Trends, History of Design, and Evolution of Commercial Spaces at IED Milano, Theory of Design at SPD, History of Art, Design and Italian Style at RUFA Milano, and Methodology for Interior and Product Design at the Faculty of Art and Humanities of University College London (2000–2013). She has also been a visiting professor at Tongji University and has served as a tutor in numerous international design workshops connected to the Erasmus Exchange Program and the IDEM network.
From 1994 to 2010, she collaborated with the Center for International Relations at the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano to organize conferences and international workshops. Since 1996, she has worked as an interior designer with art galleries and PR agencies, organizing cultural events in the field of design.
