Viviana Musumeci has over ten years of experience in marketing, communication, and media business, collaborating with both specialized and general-interest publications such as Dagospia, Vanity Fair, Panorama, Il Messaggero, The Good Life Italia, and Style Magazine, and also coordinating the editorial team of Cocooners.com.
In 2011 she founded the independent magazine VM-MAG.com and became editor-in-chief of The Lifestyle Journal, transforming it into a women’s magazine. Her passion for sustainability, ethics, and green lifestyle led her to create Gaiazoe.life, a personal project also dedicated to mental well-being.
At the same time she teaches at universities and schools of fashion, marketing, and design, focusing on journalism, sociology, and project culture, moderates conferences, and develops creative projects in the sustainability field, such as the exhibition/installation Le Muse del Lago di Como in Lecco.
For over 15 years she has practiced meditation, leads workshops, and has published books and essays on the subject, including Sognavo la cioccolata and Beautiful ma la meditazione mi ha salvato – Do it Human, as well as the Pop Meditation podcast on Spotify. She is a certified MBSR instructor.
