Transparent Administration

At Ferrari Fashion School, we believe that transparency, integrity, and compliance are the foundations for building value for all our stakeholders. For this reason, we have adopted an Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which guides us in preventing risks and promoting proper behavior, and a Code of Ethics that expresses the values and principles we aspire to every day. To oversee the implementation and updating of this system, an independent Supervisory Body (SB) has been established, acting as a guarantor to the Administrative Body. To give everyone the opportunity to contribute to a healthy and respectful environment, we have also activated a confidential and secure reporting channel through which any behavior that does not align with our values can be reported, ensuring full confidentiality.
