Ferrari Fashion School proudly presents “025 LIVING MATTER/s”, the annual yearbook capturing the creative, project-driven, and inclusive essence of the entire school community. This publication is entirely produced in-house, under the artistic direction of Elena d’Arcais and Riccardo Lanzani, reaffirming the School’s identity as an incubator of multidisciplinary vision and talent.
A Voice for Every Student: The Strength of Creative Diversity
The yearbook features one photographic portrait for each final-year student from both the undergraduate and Master’s programs. The project aims to represent everyone, highlighting individuality, personal vision, and freedom of expression, while maintaining a cohesive and professional aesthetic framework.
The photo shoots were realized in collaboration with photographers Clotilde Petrosino and Isabella Sanfilippo, who skillfully interpreted and enhanced each student’s identity with sensitivity and experience. The images provide a powerful and authentic visual narrative, summarizing a formative journey that places the individual at the center.
A Collaborative Project: Design, Styling, Communication, and Marketing
Each Fashion Design student is represented through an outfit from their own collection, later reinterpreted by students from Fashion Styling and Communication and the Master’s in Fashion Photography and Film. The work teams were coordinated by faculty member and industry professional Johanna Persson, who guided the groups in producing complete fashion editorials in a collaborative context.
Adding further depth to the publication, students from the Fashion Business and Digital Marketing program analyzed the collections from a strategic project perspective, presenting detailed positioning analyses, marketing plans, retail & buying concepts, and integrated ATL and digital communication strategies. This 360° approach simulates the realities of the fashion industry while reinforcing cross-disciplinary skills. The yearbook is completed with original patterns developed by students in pattern making and tailoring courses, demonstrating the technical and artisanal mastery supporting their creative vision.
Inclusion, Representation, and Aesthetic Coherence
“025 LIVING MATTER/s” is more than a yearbook: it is a tangible testament to the Ferrari Fashion School method, grounded in experiential learning, teamwork, and individual empowerment. At the end of the volume, a section dedicated to the faculty, photographed as a group, emphasizes the importance of teachers as guides, mentors, and sources of inspiration.
In a world where fashion must increasingly embrace inclusivity, Ferrari Fashion School highlights the value of representation: every student is included, every voice is heard, every vision respected, all within an aesthetic concept meticulously curated, reflecting the professionalism and educational level of the institution.
“025 LIVING MATTER/s” is a manifesto of what it means to train in fashion today, combining a forward-looking perspective with a foundation in high-quality education. It is a project that speaks not only about fashion, but also about identity, work culture, and teamwork.
