Ultragreen Fashion Show and Exhibition

Fashion today is called upon to rethink materials, processes, and social responsibility. From this awareness, a project is born that engages students and professionals in a creative journey dedicated to reuse, research, and sustainability, transforming Milan into an open-air laboratory.

The project places sustainable fashion at its core, creating a meaningful dialogue with the city and nature to promote a new shared ethic. Students were tasked with creating authentic artworks focused on the environment and recycling, using only pre-existing fabrics and garments to give them a new life, respecting the sustainability of our planet and pursuing the goal of social and environmental justice.

Five of the most renowned international textile companies, Pinto, Mantero, Ratti, Colombo Industrie Tessili, and Stamperia Lipomo, were involved in the project to foster virtuous synergies in an initiative centered on Fashion, Sustainability, Art, and Innovation. Additionally, the project engaged renowned fashion designer Tiziano Guardini, esteemed art journalist and critic Angelo Crespi, professors Riccardo Carrapa and Raffaella Ferrari, along with Academy students who contributed to the design, setup, and final exhibition phases.
