With the Experience Excellence project, students explore new strategic perspectives for Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia.

Immersion in the world of fine dining
The project involved students from the Master of Arts in Fashion and Luxury Management, inviting them to engage with a renowned excellence in Italian fine dining: Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia. Starting from the concept of “Territories,” a fundamental element of the brand’s identity, students developed strategic reflections on how this value could evolve and connect with new audiences and contemporary experiences.
Through market analysis, positioning studies, and the development of project concepts, students explored possible directions for the brand’s growth, envisioning new formats, collaborations, and experience models capable of expanding the narrative of territory. The project encouraged an external and generational perspective on the brand, offering creative viewpoints and strategic insights to reinterpret the concept of territory in a contemporary context.
Strategical planning and creative development
Ferrari Fashion School guided students through a design workshop that combined strategic analysis, branding, and customer experience. The objective was to develop proposals capable of enhancing the brand’s identity while opening new possibilities for development in the hospitality and luxury lifestyle sectors.
During the program, students worked in teams, developing projects that integrated storytelling, the creation of new experiential formats, potential collaborations with other creative sectors, and hypotheses for expansion in international contexts. The final presentations highlighted different but complementary approaches, demonstrating how the concept of territory can evolve into a narrative platform capable of generating new connections between gastronomy, culture, and lifestyle.
New perspectives for the brand experience
Among the proposals developed by the students, two project directions stand out as particularly significant. The first, “Beyond Territori,” proposes expanding the meaning of territory beyond its geographical dimension, imagining it as a space of cultural and experiential connections. The concept suggests collaborations with entities from the design, fashion, and hospitality sectors, transforming the brand into an ecosystem capable of telling the story of the territory through new narratives and diverse audiences.
The second proposal, “Aimo e Nadia Milano Club,” envisions the creation of an exclusive hub dedicated to the brand’s community. The project develops the idea of a space of belonging that brings together gastronomy, culture, and lifestyle, offering dedicated experiences, events, and collaborations with related entities from the creative and wellness worlds.
Through these project visions, the students’ work demonstrates how the dialogue between academic education and professional practice can generate new strategic perspectives capable of interpreting the future of high-end gastronomic experiences.
