Programme

The program unfolds over 6 intensive days, where creative workshops and cultural exploration activities alternate in a seamless and integrated manner. Each day includes guided studio sessions, local walks dedicated to gathering regional inspiration, and collaborative dinners designed as informal moments for discussion, networking, and shared reflection among participants.

The educational journey combines diverse learning activities, including masterclasses focused on design, trend analysis, and concept articulation, alongside field visits to some of Sicily’s most significant locations, such as Vendicari, Marzamemi, and Ortigia. The program also features structured group critiques and peer feedback sessions, which are essential for consolidating the creative process. The course concludes with the final presentation of the directional concept developed by each participant throughout the entire journey.

Sunday
Arrival and check-in. In the evening, a Welcome Dinner to start the experience.

Monday
A day dedicated to training and territorial observation. Illustration Masterclass focused on expressive techniques, silhouettes, and forms. After lunch, transfer to Vendicari for an inspiration walk with sketching activities centered on natural textures and shapes. Return to the villa in the late afternoon, free time, and dinner at a traditional farmhouse with a possible evening stroll in Noto.

Tuesday
In the morning, work on the future of fashion with a Trend Forecasting and Analysis Masterclass. In the afternoon, a boat excursion with an aperitivo, or a visit to Scicli in case of bad weather.

Wednesday
The day begins with a Visual Storytelling Masterclass dedicated to moodboard construction using images and materials. After a seafood lunch, a visit to Marzamemi to research visual references among architecture, craftsmanship, and local details. Aperitivo at the castle.

Thursday
In the morning, a cultural visit to Ortigia with a focus on photography of surfaces, textiles, and Sicilian craftsmanship. After lunch, a session on textile research and concept development, defining looks and the collection line-up. Return in the afternoon for free time.

Friday
A day dedicated to project synthesis. Masterclass on how to communicate a collection vision in a clear and structured way. After lunch, free time and beach activities. In the evening, a Sicilian-style Farewell Dinner.

Saturday
Final day starting with breakfast and a closing reflection session titled “Looking Back, Moving Forward” to analyze the journey and define future creative developments. Check-out and departure with a travel lunch box.
