Eight of the top talents from the Fashion Design course walked the runway in a Fashion Show rich in creativity, experimentation, and research, titled:
“WE WERE, WE ARE – differently equal”
The world was caught off guard. The SARS-CoV-2 emergency forever marked our lives, and its rapid spread proved to be an event that drastically transformed society and everyone’s way of living.
From this shared experience begins the journey of the students of Ferrari Fashion School.
A symbolic journey unfolding in three phases: Inferno, Purgatory, and Paradise, echoing Dante’s circles of hell, telling in a unique and personal way the story of how the pandemic took away even the simplest gestures, leaving people in complete darkness.
The Collections
Dark colors and heavy fabrics with extreme silhouettes portray post-pandemic warriors.
But the infernal fear and the uncertainty of the future, which trapped them in a limbo of distorted visions and restlessness, ultimately break through all barriers to reach a rediscovered, conscious, and green Paradise.
Fabric manipulation, advanced techniques, eco-friendly materials, knitwear, and natural dyes were the cornerstones of the collections.
Love and the search for the soul become a manifesto for a new creative spring.
