Valentina Pasotti

Valentina Pasotti is a manager with almost 15 years of experience in Marketing and Digital, gained within large international groups and iconic brands. She began her professional journey in the FMCG sector with the Bolton Group, holding roles in Marketing and Trade Marketing, and then entered the Beauty industry in 2014.

Throughout her career, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility: Group Brand Manager for the Deborah Group and later Group Brand Manager Italy & Greece at Coty, where she led the management of a make-up brand and the Italian market launch of two international brands, Sally Hansen and Bourjois. She then consolidated her expertise spending seven years at Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH Group) as Senior Marketing & Digital Manager, with a strong focus on brand building, digital transformation, and integrated communication strategies.

She is currently leading the Marketing team for the MAC Cosmetics brand (Estée Lauder Group), a position in which she combines strategic vision, leadership, and innovation in the luxury cosmetics segment.

Alongside her managerial career, Valentina is active as a speaker, lecturer, and mentor on Digital Marketing, leadership, and Women Empowerment. She has participated as a Guest Speaker at numerous national and international events, including WomenX Impact, Retail Forum, IAB, Retail Hub, Social Women Talk, and Marketers Club of Ca’ Foscari University. She regularly collaborates with academia and has lectured at Università Cattolica; in 2025, she was also a Guest Lecturer for the Ferrari Fashion School.

In September 2023, she delivered the speech “Break the Bias” on the TEDx Asiago stage, focused on female empowerment. She is a mentor for the Mentorship program of WomenX Impact and for Bocconi University. She is also actively engaged in social initiatives, supporting NGOs such as Mamme a Scuola, Fondazione Veronesi, Fondazione Rava, and AIRC.
