Course Structure

Ethical Fashion, Sustainability and Cultural Diplomacy
This Executive Master provides core knowledge in ethical and sustainable fashion, focusing on responsible sourcing, circular design and ESG-driven brand strategies. Participants explore how cultural diplomacy and soft power influence the global fashion industry, learning to develop projects that connect markets, communities and institutions while strengthening brand reputation at an international level.

Executive Master Based Online and in Milan
Delivered both online and on campus at Ferrari Fashion School in Milan, the programme offers direct access to one of the world’s leading fashion capitals. Milan represents a unique ecosystem where sustainability, craftsmanship and innovation coexist. Designed for professionals, brand managers and creatives, the executive format allows participants to enhance their careers while continuing their professional activity.

Immersive Fashion Experience in Milan
Through company visits, field activities and industry meetings in Milan, participants gain hands-on insight into ethical and sustainable fashion practices. The programme connects students with sustainable brands, ateliers and organisations committed to social and environmental impact, offering a clear understanding of how sustainability is applied across the entire fashion value chain—from concept development to collection design, communication and retail.

Learning by Doing and Final Project
The Master adopts a practical, project-based approach through workshops, collaborative labs and upcycling activities. Participants develop real-world ethical fashion initiatives and complete a final project focused on designing and presenting a strategic proposal for an ethical fashion brand or a cultural diplomacy initiative linked to Milan and the global fashion system.

Joint International Certification
Upon completion, participants receive a joint international certificate issued by UNITAR, Ferrari Fashion School and Ureka. The certification validates professional expertise in ethical fashion, sustainability and cultural diplomacy, strengthening career opportunities in Milan and worldwide in areas such as sustainable fashion management, brand strategy, cultural diplomacy projects and international collaborations.
